Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using FileVault Pro ("FVP App", "the App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and VU Tech ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

FileVault Pro is a comprehensive file management and media tool iOS application providing features such as secure storage vaults, iCloud synchronization, PDF editing, media conversion, and on-device AI tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who do not meet these requirements.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VU Tech and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via the App Store listing. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
