We collect information to provide better services to all our users. The types of information we collect include: Usage data, crash reports, IP address, device model, and operating system version. This information is collected solely for the purpose of improving application stability and user experience.

2. Local Storage and Processing

FileVault Pro values your privacy. By default, all files, including photos, videos, PDFs, and secure vaults, are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit or store your files on external servers unless explicitly synced using a third-party service like iCloud.

3. AI Processing and On-Device Models

Our advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning features (including image background removal, text OCR extraction, and style transfers) utilize local ONNX models. These operations are performed entirely on your device. We do not upload your images or documents to remote servers for processing.

4. Third-Party Services and Advertising (AdMob)

FVP App integrates with third-party services like Google AdMob to display advertisements in the free tier. These third parties may collect device identifiers and usage data. You can manage or opt-out of personalized advertising through your device's settings.

5. iCloud Synchronization

If you enable iCloud integration, your designated files or backups will securely sync via your Apple ID. This automated process relies entirely on Apple's servers and encryption protocols. We do not have access to data synced to your personal iCloud account.

6. Data Security

We employ standard industry practices to safeguard your data, including application-level passcodes and Face ID/Touch ID requirements for secure vaults. However, no electronic transmission or local storage mechanism is 100% secure. You remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device passcode.

7. Children's Privacy

Our application is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or changes to relevant laws. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Any significant updates will be highlighted via an in-app notice or app update note.
